Tips on Choosing the Right Fish Oil

YouTube video player

Fish oil has countless benefits for your body. But how do you know what kind of fish oil to take? You’ll want to look for two things when it comes to buying fish oil:

  1. Quality
  2. Concentration

Not all fish oil is created equal. The difference between a $5 and $60 bottle: look for “Molecular Distilled” or “Pharmaceutical Grade” and stay away from oils that say “purified” or “natural”.

Fish oil should always be taken with food. If you are burping up fish oil after taking it, there could be two reasons: you could be taking bad/low quality fish oil, OR you may have a poor functioning gallbladder (or lack there of).
